A sacred 90-minute pause to slow down, breathe, and nurture the precious connection between you and your baby. This gentle prenatal class blends mindful yoga with reflective journaling, creating a calm, supportive space to honor your body, your heart, and the little life growing within you.
Through slow, intentional movement, you will open and soften your body, release tension, and cultivate presence. Guided journaling offers quiet moments to listen to your inner voice, reflect on your journey, and connect more deeply with your baby.
This is your time to step out of the rush, pause, and care for yourself. A gentle, nourishing space where you may notice a sense of calm, groundedness, and tender connection with your baby.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience needed.
Optional: Pregnancy-safe essential oils may be used to awaken the senses and enhance relaxation, creating a subtle layer of calm and energetic support. Participation is entirely optional.
